The Habitat for Humanity Portage Steering Committee is actively seeking dedicated, community-minded volunteers to help guide the organization as it continues to grow.

What makes Habitat Portage Unique:

We operate under the mandate and guidance of Habitat for Humanity Manitoba. The business model removes the barriers of home ownership for families who are in financially vulnerable positions, but are otherwise motivated and capable of improving their situation. Eleven houses have been built in Portage la Prairie since 2004 and builds number 12 and 13 are well on their way for completion in 2023.
